Accommodation

Introduction

Glasgow has a wide range of accommodation for all budgets:

• Over 800 rooms within a short walk of the campus;
• Over 9,000 hotel rooms within two miles of the city and within less than 15 minutes travelling time;
• Over 15,000 hotel rooms within 20 miles of the city; and
• 5,000 additional rooms including university rooms, AirBnB and Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

The Chair of the LOC of the 2019 IIOA Conference has organised through the Glasgow Convention Bureau a free and impartial accommodation booking service with:

• No attrition charges.
• No contracts for individual bookings.
• Flexible release terms and conditions.

We have secured allocations and negotiated rates at eight hotels to suit all budgets and needs. Glasgow Convention Bureau have close working relationships with the hotels to allow 2019 IIOA Conference attendees to be offered the same terms and conditions at each hotel.
